My Video’s of Progress – End

Not the greatest part in the challenge.  Putting your unfit self out there for all to see.  But guess what I am doing it!  I want to see how well I can do and what better way to see my strength and flexibility is on video.  I also have mentioned to ILKB that my goal is to be able to do 5 push ups by the end of this challenge
